I offer a confidential, online healing space where people can restore well‑being through beneficial approaches, informed choice, self‑responsibility and compassionate self‑care.

Monday Musing 9-10 + 6-7 pm
Contemplative hour of slow and intentional connection with meditation, Qi Gong and reflection. The intention is to create a space that offers easy and slow practices to generate self-support for the week ahead.

Tuesday Movement 10 - 11.15 am
Join our movement group to engage in different movement practices, standing and seated. The emphasis is on self-care, to feel and sense, to explore movement. After the hour there is time for refection.

Friday Meditation 10 - 11.30 am
Join our meditation group to engage in mindful movement meditation, mindfulness and other meditative practices. After the guided hour there is an opportunity to share and listen if you wish.

All weekly sessions are offered free of charge to ensure they are accessible to everyone, regardless of economic circumstances.

To join a session, you will need to reach out to me so I can provide you with the Zoom link.
I kindly ask all participants to be in a private, confidential space where they will not be observed.
For the integrity of the sessions, you are required to be visible at the start and end of each meeting, and ideally throughout the entire session.
Participation is grounded in self-care and individual responsibility. All practices are invitational in nature and can be adapted to suit your emotional and physical safety.

An essential intention of the sessions is the understanding that we do not need to feel stuck, immobilized, possibly feel frozen.
All movements are easy, adaptable and created to inspire connection with yourself.
You are encouraged to experiment with what feels good, energising and calming. To connect directly with the experience of body and mind and notice how you can impact how you feel by moving with presence.
You are encouraged to meet yourself where you are and not having to perform or pretend.
All session aims to encourage feelings of freedom, choice, creativity, energy and balance.
Sessions practices vary to offer enough versatility and equally we return to familiar practices so that conscious movement can become integrated into day to day life.
Self-supported touch and guided relaxation form are part of the session content.

The sessions are an opportunity to start the day with guided meditations to inspire focus, self-awareness, supportive states of mind and body.
The sessions include movement, vocalization, and quiet meditation. After the hour there will be additionally time to socialize, share and ask questions.
The sessions offer easy ways into developing your independent routine by practising in a group with an emphasis on mindful presence and body awareness.
Each session will start with guided movement practice to follow with sitting meditation.
Short practices of nervous system regulation will additionally offer possibilities to deeply connect with yourself.
Mindful Musing, Mondays 9-10 am + 6-7 pm

Mindful musing is an invitation to look forward to the start of the week with an invitation to engage in slow, reflective practices.
The intention of the session is all about feeling and sensing to create experiences of self-support, self-soothing and self-regulation.
You are encouraged to experiment with what feels good, energising and calming. To connect directly with the experience of body and mind and notice how you can impact how you feel by feeling and sensing with presence.
And to meet yourself where you are and not having to perform or pretend.
