Incorporating elements of autonomic nervous system regulation and relaxation techniques may be included in the treatment.
Understanding the interplay between ill health, pain, and cognitive and emotional processes is an aspect you may choose to address.
Additionally, identifying factors such as relationships, activities, and routines that contribute to your wellbeing is crucial.

Hypnotherapy for feeling and being safe
-
Fear is a natural response to perceived threats and serves a vital, protective role.
You may feel unsafe for various reasons, and it's crucial to discern whether you are objectively safe or not.
There is a difference between being safe and feeling safe.
You may subjectively feel unsafe, even though you are aware that your environment and the people around you pose no threat.
Past traumas or increased vulnerability due to changes in health or life circumstances can contribute to these feelings.
Aging may also lead to increased feelings of insecurity and vulnerability.
Indicators of feeling unsafe can include avoiding situations, for example social interactions.
Or you find it difficult to be on your own.
Feeling unsafe may manifest as difficulty relaxing, feeling comfortable, and the ability to concentrate.
You might experience a less optimistic view of life and the future, often anticipating negative outcomes.
There might be real unease because you know that you can objectively improve the sense of safety, by engaging in tasks that will allow you to be more at ease, but you struggle to get started.
-
Hypnotherapy provides structured methods to express your thoughts and feelings freely.
Understanding your unique experiences will inform the therapeutic methods that can equip you with tools to feel secure within yourself and to allow you to process past emotions, and memories.
It includes exploring ways to enhance aspects of your life that contribute to feelings of security, potentially leading to practical actions for immediate and future well-being.
Further, you will be guided to connect with your inner resources of strength, interest, and passion that can assist you in moments of feeling unsafe and remind you of the person you choose to be.
Hypnotherapy for feeling Sad, Anxious, Lost
-
There are numerous factors that can lead to feelings of sadness and anxiety; as well as a lack of energy and engagement in life.
These can include a lack of support and positive relationships, loneliness, poor health, an absence of purpose and fulfilment, and a general disenchantment with life.
The longing for meaningful interactions and spiritual meaning, when unmet, can contribute to feeling lost.
The destruction of nature and natural resources can also have a profound negative impact on our well-being amidst many other factors that are beyond an individuals direct influence.
You might mask how you feel and try to remain upbeat; you might retreat; you might become cynical in how you view yourself and others.
At times, painful emotions emerge as a result of not feeling sufficiently safe to be authentic and express thoughts and emotions freely, without fear or shame.
-
Hypnotherapy provides pathways to connect with and comprehend the deeper, subconscious aspects of the psyche.
For instance, it may involve revisiting life moments filled with pure joy and energy, perhaps even from childhood, to re-engage with those once-familiar energies.
And to notice when the life force might have become impeded, possibly due to a situation, a comment, an experience or trauma.
Hypnotherapeutic work might also explore beliefs and thought patterns; employing imagery and metaphors to help lift the weight of sadness or heaviness.
At times, this emotional load may not even originate from oneself, but rather be the carried emotions of sadness, hurt, disappointment, or fear from others, like family members.
Crucially, therapeutic work aims to draw out an individual's strengths, interests, and self-assurance.
Practices that engage the autonomic nervous system, such as movement and touch, can also be integrated to facilitate shifts into states of safety, empowerment, and equilibrium.

Overview
Clinical Hypnotherapy has proven beneficial for a range of mental and physical health challenges. Unlike other therapies, hypnosis engages connection with the subconscious aspects of the mind. Through a collaborative therapeutic protocol, hypnotherapy can facilitate access to and integration of profound healing states, fostering beneficial transformation.
Mindfulness based approaches are acknowledged as therapeutic methods that can be tailored to address particular challenges. The core of mindfulness is the understanding that by becoming more present and connected, moment by moment, our experience of life changes, becoming more satisfying and enabling, offering choice and presence.
Mindful Hypnotherapy combines these two widely researched and compelling approaches to provide a powerful instrument for transformation. It is particular helpful in allowing you to inquire and understand your thoughts, feelings, values and aspirations.
Somatic Practice involve engaging with one's internal bodily sensations through awareness, movement, touch, and breath. The autonomic nervous system regulates autonomic functions such as swallowing, breathing, and heartbeat. By incorporating the physiological elements of our experiences, we can learn how to manage stress responses, how to regulate distressing emotions, and feelings of disconnection.
