The sessions are an opportunity to start the day with guided meditations to inspire focus, self-awareness, supportive states of mind and body.
The sessions include movement, vocalization, and quiet meditation. After the hour there will be additionally time to socialize, share and ask questions.
The sessions offer easy ways into developing your independent routine by practising in a group with an emphasis on mindful presence and body awareness.
Each session will start with guided movement practice to follow with sitting meditation.
Short practices of nervous system regulation will additionally offer possibilities to deeply connect with yourself.

An essential intention of the sessions is the understanding that we do not need to feel stuck, immobilized, possibly feel frozen.
All movements are easy, adaptable and created to inspire connection with yourself.
You are encouraged to experiment with what feels good, energising and calming. To connect directly with the experience of body and mind and notice how you can impact how you feel by moving with presence.
You are encouraged to meet yourself where you are and not having to perform or pretend.
All session aims to encourage feelings of freedom, choice, creativity, energy and balance.
Sessions practices vary to offer enough versatility and equally we return to familiar practices so that conscious movement can become integrated into day to day life.

The intention of the session is all about feeling and sensing to create experiences of self-support, self-soothing and self-regulation.

6-8 week course - Mindful Hypnotherapy

Are you interested in experiencing the combined benefits of mindfulness and hypnotherapy? Enhancing your meditation and mindfulness practice while engaging with imagery and imagination that can offer additional benefits, such as improved relaxation, rest, sleep, motivation, and a zest for life.
The course is structured with a range of topics and practices.
"Mindful Hypnotherapy: The Basics for Clinical Practice" by Dr. Elkins and Dr. Olendzki, is a foundational publication in the field of combining hypnotherapy and mindfulness, and has inspired the conception of the course.
6-8 week course - Mindfulness-based stress reduction

This is a very popular course that offers experiential and cognitive explorations into what causes stress, how an individual reacts and is impacted by stress, and what concepts/practices offer ease and release from automatic reactivity to allow for more choice and control.
The practices in the course invite you to become more connected to internal/external experiences in the present; learning how to attend to bodily sensations, feelings, emotions, thoughts and behaviours beneficially.
The course is grounded in the training and curriculum of the Centre of Mindfulness Research and Practice, Bangor and Exeter University.

6-8 week course - mindfulness approaches to manage chronic illness and pain

Mindfulness for long-term health conditions is a set of mindfulness practices, concepts and explorations to understand how long-term health conditions are affecting the individual.
The course invites you to explore what is helpful in day-to-day living to experience a more connected sense of self, potentially decreasing the perception of pain/suffering, and increasing pleasure, joy and self-compassion.
The course is partly inspired by Breathworks.

All Mindfulness-based courses:
£128/£160 for the six or eight-week long courses, 16/20 hour of live online teaching and one-to-one support in-between the sessions.
Weekly sessions: Donation-based, suggested amount, £5 - £10 per session.
All monthly events are free of charge.
