Support for you
one-to-one and groups
Ways of working together
There are a few ways of working together, depending on what feels supportive for you at this point. One-to-one support centres around your individual needs and wishes. The groups are for people who value the support of a group, with the focus on skills practice for mental and physical well-being.
One-to-one support
One-to-one sessions offer gentle, relational support that is paced with care and adapted to your needs and capacity.
The work attends to how stress, pain, and difficult experiences are held in both body and mind. Sessions are collaborative and person-centred, supporting steadiness, self-trust, and increased choice over time.
You may choose to:
book a single session
work with a small bundle of sessions for continuity
shape the work over time, reviewing as your needs change
Specialized support program, one-to-one
You may wish to engage in a structured 6-8 week program that combines the therapeutic with the educational for guided support to restore emotional stability, self-trust and the learning of new skills. Skills such as sustaining self-care, asserting personal boundaries, and authentic communication.
This programme is one way of working together. Some people benefit from the continuity and structure, while others prefer single sessions or bundles depending on their current needs.
Weekly online groups (donation-based)
I offer ongoing weekly online groups focused on nervous system regulation, gentle movement, meditation, and reflective practices.
These groups:
are trauma-informed and welcoming to new participants
offer a steady, low-pressure space for support and practice
are offered on a donation basis
Some people attend alongside individual sessions, while others participate independently. You are welcome to join at your own pace.
Mindfulness-based programmes (occasional)
From time to time, I offer mindfulness-based programmes that run over several consecutive weeks.
These programmes provide a structured container for learning and practice, with care for pacing and integration. When a programme is open for enrolment, details are shared here.
Participation is always optional and not a prerequisite for other work. Please register your interest.
How I work
My approach is relational and integrative. I draw on therapeutic mindfulness, clinical hypnotherapy and somatic awareness and regulation. I work with how experiences are held in both body and mind, paying close attention to pacing, consent, and nervous system capacity.
The work emphasises:
steadiness and regulation
self-relationship and self-trust
choice and agency
Whether we meet in individual sessions, groups, or a programme, the intention is to create a respectful and supportive space where you feel seen, heard, and appreciated for being you.
Next steps
If you would like to explore whether any of these options feel supportive for you, you are welcome to get in touch. An initial conversation offers space to ask questions and consider what might be most helpful, without obligation.
