Bio Heike: I am committed to therapeutic methods that foster a deeper and more holistic connection with oneself, others, and the environment, empowering you to tap into your resources to achieve the changes you desire.

The approaches I offer include Clinical Hypnotherapy, Therapeutic Mindfulness and somatically oriented practices for autonomic nervous system regulation for you to experience optimal therapeutic support.

My background encompasses training and employment in mental health, special needs support, adult education, and therapy.

In the past ten years, I have had the privilege of developing and leading numerous courses for the Devon Recovery Learning Community, a Recovery College funded by the NHS.

This included partnerships with Mind Mental Health Charity, the Royal Albert Memorial Museum, and Exeter College.

The year 2024 signifies a significant shift as I transition to offer my services predominantly via private practice.

I am dedicated to the principles of mental health recovery and wish to promote opportunities that enable and empower individuals through my private practice and as a partner of CIC, Rekindle Recovery.

At the heart of all my work is a recognition that we are all resourceful.

Our creative potential can be harnessed to become connected and responsive to ourselves and others.

What we perceive as a problem may actually be a creative adaptation to a challenging experience or situation, whether from the past or in the present.

Problems and symptoms can offer insights into the journey of self-discovery and transformation.
