Peer‑centred connection and professional guidance in a confidential group or private setting.
Current weekly, online sessions (open to all) see below.
-

Monday Musing 9-10 + 6-7 pm
Contemplative hour of slow and intentional connection through meditation, movement based on Qi Gong and contemplation. The intention is to create a space that offers easy and slow practices to generate self-support for the week ahead.
-

Tuesday Movement 10 - 11.15 am
Join our long-lasting movement group to engage in different movement practices, all carried out seated or standing. The emphasis is on self-care, to feel and sense, to explore self-support through movement. After the hour of practice you may like to stay to socialize.
-

Friday Meditation 10 - 11.30 am
Join our long-lasting meditation group to engage in mindful movement mediation, mindfulness and other meditative practices. After the guided hour there is time to linger and talk with other participants to connect. It’s an opportunity to share and listen.
Information:
All weekly sessions are offered free of charge to ensure they are accessible to everyone, regardless of economic circumstances.
Donations via bank transfer are warmly welcomed; please contact me directly for further details.
To join a session, you will need to reach out to me so I can provide you with the Zoom link.
I kindly ask all participants to be in a private, confidential space where they will not be observed.
For the integrity of the sessions, you are required to be visible at the start and end of each meeting, and ideally throughout the entire session.
Participation is grounded in self-care and individual responsibility. All practices are invitational in nature and can be adapted to suit your emotional and physical safety.
